Kitchen is a vital element  in  planning a restaurant, which should be in the corner of south-west. Some times, when  south-west corner for a kitchen is  not  possible, alternates must be werked out.  But accommodating a large & sophisticated  kitchen just in a corner may not be feasible. Then taking the total area of the restaurant & dining into consideration kitchen should be planned meticulously. Dining requires its due prominence in planning. For modern restaurants even in dining hall mini burners may have to be provided without scarifying the vastu. Only a competent well educated vastu consultant could do justice to such modern jobs, resulting into profits as well as safety of a restaurant.
