Kitchen is a vital element  in  planning a restaurant, which should be in the corner of south-west. Some times, when  south-west corner for a kitchen is  not  possible, alternates could be worked out.  But accommodating a large & sophisticated  kitchen just in a corner may not be feasible. Then taking the total area of the restaurant & dining into consideration kitchen should be planned meticulously. Dining requires its due prominence in planning.
